1. Acceptance
By placing an order with JetCargo Express Logistics you accept these terms and confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Services
We provide international air, sea and land freight forwarding, cargo consolidation, warehousing, customs clearance, procurement and door-to-door delivery services.
3. Prohibited items
You are responsible for ensuring your shipment does not contain any items listed on our Prohibited Items page. Misdeclared cargo may be seized or destroyed.
4. Transit times
Estimated transit times are informational only and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier schedules or force-majeure events.
5. Insurance
Unless you have purchased cargo insurance through us, our liability is limited to the amount permitted by applicable international freight conventions.
6. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at quotation. Cargo may be held until outstanding invoices are settled.
7. Data & privacy
Personal information you provide is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and only used to fulfil your shipment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
